STFC players can redeem the promo code, JGAL, to receive 5 Epic SNW M’Benga shards for free.
Star Trek Fleet Command recently got a major update which introduced new officers, new missions, a new building and an array of new Refits, Forbidden Tech and Artifacts.
One of the new officers that players can acquire is Epic SNW M’Benga. Similar to other officers in STFC, M’Benga has a variety of abilities that you can use to vanquish hostiles from the galaxy.
To obtain M’Benga, you have to complete specific missions to earn his character shards. Once you have enough shards, you will be able to add him to your roster.
According to update 65’s patch nodes, players can use a promo code to obtain 5 M’Benga shards for free. Keep in mind, however, that only Commanders level 20 and higher can use the promo code before Friday, 19 April 2024.
If you use the code after the expiration date, you will not get any shards. We therefore recommend that you use the promo code as soon as possible to earn the free shards.
How to use the promo code
If you meet the level requirement, you can open the official STFC website and click on the “Store” icon. Commanders should keep in mind that they have to log into their Scopely accounts to use the promo code.
If you do not have a Scopely account, you can create an account through the game. After logging into your account on the STFC website, click on the “Redeem Code” on the left side of the screen.
You then have to enter the code, “JGAL,” to receive your 5 M’Benga shards.
How to earn the additional M’Benga shards
Unfortunately, you have to collect more than 5 shards before you can add M’Benga to your roster.
On the official STFC Discord server, a player known as eternal mentioned that the only way that you can acquire the additional shards is by purchasing them with real money.
Players who do not purchase M’Benga shards will still be able to advance in the game as normal.
M’Benga’s abilities
Similar to other officers in STFC, M’Benga has various abilities that you can use to conquer hostiles in the galaxy. The table below lists his abilities as well as a description of each:
