The Realta is the first ship that you can acquire in STFC, but if you scrap it, you cannot get its blueprints (BPS) again.
Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) is an adventurous mobile game that combines role-playing elements with strategic battles.
Since the game is based on the classic Star Trek series, you are going to need ships to travel the galaxy and defeat enemies. One of the ships that you can get is the Realta, which requires specific blueprints (BPS).
Constructing a ship
In order to construct a ship, you will need blueprints. Players can only build a ship once they have enough blueprints for it. Some ships may require additional research, or your shipyard has to be a specific level in order to build it, even if you have enough blueprints.
Once you have enough blueprints, you can click on the “Ships” button, which is situated on the top left of your screen in a map view. This will open the ship construction menu, where you will find all the ships that you can construct.
Players can then click the “Build” button to begin the construction process.
STFC: Realta BPS
The Realta is a reliable explorer that is based on designs of early Earth-made starships. Due to its simple components and small size, many Realta ships were commissioned in the early 2100’s and have become synonymous with the Independence movement.
When you start playing STFC, the Realta is the first ship that you will successfully construct. It is therefore the first ship that you can use to explore the galaxy and defeat enemies.
This little ship has very low power, a small range, and it does not have much in the way of defensive capability.
Although the Realta is a fairly basic ship, it is the fastest ship in the game on impulse power. The ship starts off with an impulse speed of 150, but if you allocate a Klaa crew or a Pan crew to it, it will go even faster.
When your fleet reaches higher levels, you can use your Realta to slow down larger ships, either to attack the ship or to allow one of your ships to escape.
The Realta enables players to have a lot of fun during Alliance Battles, as you can let big Augurs and the like chase you while your other ships loot.
It is imperative that you bear in mind that if you decide to scrap your Realta, you will have a difficult time acquiring the blueprints for it. This is because there are no enemies in STFC that drop Realta BPS.
Some players claim that they have farmed enemies in low-level systems and even farmed systems with Explorer type enemies to obtain the blueprints. Unfortunately, after many hours of farming, the BPS for Realta did not drop.
Can players have more than 1 Realta?
It has been confirmed that some players have more than 1 Realta in their fleet. However, it is suspected that having more than 1 Realta was allowed on the original STFC servers and has been removed from the newer servers.
Players thus cannot procure the blueprints for the Realta on the new servers. This also means that if you decide to scrap your Realta, you cannot construct it again as the BPS does not drop in STFC.
It is therefore recommended that you do not scrap your Realta, even if you do not use it often.
Realta’s statistics
Similarly to other ships in STFC, the Realta features various statistics. Although these statistics are not great, you can increase them by allocating a specific crew and by upgrading its tier.
The following table lists some of the Realta’s statistics:
Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Level 4 | Level 5 | |
Strength | 175 | 176 | 181 | 187 | 183 |
Health | 60 | +1 | +5 | +6 | +6 |
Shield health | 65 | +2 | +7 | +7 | +8 |
Hull health | 55 | +1 | +3 | +4 | +5 |
The ship’s impulse speed will always be 150, however, if you use the right Commanders on the ship, the impulse speed can increase to 225.
Realta’s strategy
If you are planning to attack a base with a Realta, is it recommended that you ask 2 other players to join you.
When attacking a station, players should be sure that nothing can attack that station, as the station will lock down and therefore, prevent the player from attacking.
You can thus spam a base with the Realta ship, as the player that you are attacking will be unable to retaliate.
Bear in mind that this method will result in damaging the Realta. Fortunately, it is extremely affordable to repair the ship before you go into battle again.
