STFC Players have to travel to specific systems to find the Separatist hostiles, whose exact locations is unknown.
As you explore a vast, open galaxy in Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC), you will encounter a variety of hostiles. Keep in mind that some enemies are more powerful than others and can only be found in specific systems.
One of the enemy types that you can find in STFC is Separatists. On the official STFC Discord server, a Commander named CmdrEthanHawke mentioned that if you want to defeat Separatists, you should rather defeat normal hostiles and complete your red dailies as they are more efficient.
Some players who are still interested in vanquishing the Separatists from the galaxy even though there are more efficient methods. Similar to the other enemies in STFC, the Separatists are only in specific systems.
The systems in which the hostile spawn depends on the type of enemy as well as its current level.
That being said, the higher the enemy’s level is, the more powerful it is. It can therefore be said that a level 17 Separatist is easier to vanquish than a level 26 boss Separatist.
We therefore recommend that you first try to defeat a low-level Separatist before taking on a boss Separatist.
If you fail to defeat a lower-level Separatist, you can focus on improving your crew and your vessel before attempting to destroy them again.
Where to find the Separatist hostiles
Players have to travel to specific systems in order to find a Separatist hostile. Keep in mind, however, that the exact location in the system in which they spawn is unknown.
You therefore have to search the entire system to find them:
Separatist type | Separatist level | System |
Explorer | 26 |
|
Battleship | 26 |
|
Interceptor | 26 |
|
Interceptor | 22 |
|
Interceptor | 17 |
|
As seen in the table, there are 3 level 26 enemies that you can destroy. It is worth noting that these hostiles are considered Separatist Bosses, which means that they are extremely difficult to destroy.
Separatist boss vs Separatist hostile statistics
As previously explained, the Separatist bosses are much more powerful than the normal Separatist hostiles. Players should therefore ensure that their fleet is extremely strong before trying to vanquish a Separatist boss from the galaxy.
The table below lists the statistics of a Separatist boss and a Separatist hostile:
Statistic | Separatist boss | Separatist hostile |
Power | 2 381 490 | 65 615 |
Attack | 89 925 | 33 710 |
Defense | 441 545 | 17 505 |
Armor Piercing | 18 900 | 6 125 |
Critical damage | 150% | 150% |
Armor | 11 813 | 1 313 |
Shield Health | 200 000 | 14 400 |
Hull Health | 3 500 000 | 14 400 |
As shown in the table, the Separatist boss’s statistics are much higher than the normal Separatist hostiles. If your fleet is not strong enough, you will not be able to defeat the boss and earn rewards.
Rewards
Although there are different types and different levels of Separatist hostiles, Commanders who successfully defeat the enemies will essentially get the same rewards.
Keep in mind, however, that the quantity of the rewards that you will earn is determined by the enemy you defeated.
The following table lists the rewards that you will earn:
Separatist level | Rewards |
26 |
|
22 |
|
17 |
|
Crew Recommendations
Although you can use any crew combination to vanquish the Separatists, this is not recommended as some crews are considered better than others.
We therefore recommend that you use the following crew to destroy the Separatists:
Name | Skills |
Grace Chen |
|
Marlena Moreau |
|
Christopher Pike |
|
