Blizzard recently announced that WoW players are able to purchase a baby Pit Lord pet known as Lil’Maggz to join them on their adventures.
World of Warcraft (WoW) invites players to create and control a fictional Warcraft character to explore the vast open world of Azeroth.
As you progress in the game, you will collect a variety of items, including resources, gear, weapons, potions and materials. However, you can also procure several collectables.
Lil’Maggz
There are various collectables that you can procure in WoW, including cute pets, amazing mounts and several cosmetic features.
Blizzard, the game’s developer, announced on Tuesday, 3 October 2023, that you can now adopt a new pet, Lil’Maggz.
The official description reads, “What is more adorable than a Pit Lord? A baby Pit Lord!” WoW players are able to take this adorable prince of Outland everywhere they go.
However, do not let the dangerous reputation of this elder annihilan counterpart fool you ; there is no pet more loyal and lovable than this baby pit lord, as long as you have treats ready!
Lil’Maggz is available in the official Battle.net shop for a limited time. To collect this adorable pet, you have to visit the official Battle.net website, or click on the corresponding in-game announcement.
Players should note that this pet can be purchased for approximately $10.
That being said, Lil’Maggz will arrive in a future rotation of the Trading Post, but no sooner than 3 months after she is removed from the pet shop.
WoW players should note that Lil’Maggz will be removed from the Battle.net shop on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

Requirements for purchasing Lil’Maggz
To be able to purchase Lil’Maggz from the Battle.net shop, you need to have an active World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time.
This means that if you are taking a break from WoW and you have not activated your subscription, you will not be able to purchase Lil’Maggz.
Before purchasing Lil’Maggz, players should note that he is not available in other WoW Classic Games.
If you are playing a WoW Classic game and you purchased Lil’Maggz in it, you will not be able to summon him to join you on your adventures.
Trading Post
The Trading Post is a new rewards shop which has been added to the game with Dragonflight’s patch 10.0.5. To purchase items in this shop, you have to complete challenges to earn Trader’s Tender.
Keep in mind that this shop reset every month, so you save up your Trader’s Tender for something that you really want.
As previously mentioned, Lil’Maggz will be available for purchase in the Trading Post, however you may have to wait a few months for him to become available.
Unfortunately, it is unknown how many Trader’s Tenders you need to purchase him.
Fortunately, you will be able to complete challenges and procure the currency during the month that he is available for purchase.
Does Lil’Maggz have special abilities?
Unfortunately, Lil’Maggz does not have any special abilities or unique skills that you can use against enemies.
This pet is therefore purely cosmetic and will not help your progression in WoW. That being said, you do not need Lil’Maggz to progress in the game.
Players who are not interested in purchasing Lil’Maggz with real money or Trader’s Tender are not forced to obtain, her as she does not determine or derail their progress in the game.
This means that you should only purchase Lil’Maggz if you are interested in obtaining a new non-combat pet for cosmetic purposes.
