The Alliance City is an exclusive alliance building that is built with all the members of the alliance. You will receive great bonuses when you are inside the city limits, which can hold up to 48 players if it is placed correctly.

To build an Alliance City, you first have to create a banner, which can be done in an hour and requires nothing. To upgrade your alliance banner to an Alliance City, the alliance must have at least 20 members and a minimum power level of 5 million.

Players should note that when a rank 5 (R5) or rank 4 (R4) member initiates the upgrade process, the entire alliance only has 24 hours to upgrade it. You should thus reinforce the Alliance City with as many of your best troops as you possibly can.

The more troops the alliance sends, the faster the building will be completed. The upgrade will be regarded as unsuccessful if your alliance fails to complete the building within the allotted 24 hours.

What is the alliance structure?

Member	This is the most common role in an alliance. They cannot invite, kick out, or accept new members.

It is worth noting that your Alliance City may be attacked while you are trying to upgrade it. You should thus try to build it as fast as possible.

That being said, though, most players will respect an alliance that is building a city and will not attack it. However, you may come across players who do not share the same principle and will attack you.
