Luminous Brilliance
Every player in Evony will assume the role of a monarch, however, you can customize your monarch’s appearance, gear, talent and fame to differentiate yourself from the other players.
To open your Monarch menu, you have to select the Monarch picture, which is in the upper left corner.

According to the description in the Monarch Image menu, the Luminous Brilliance can be acquired by participating in a special event.
The Solar and Lunar Package event functions unlike other events in Evony, as it does not have specific tasks and objectives that players have to complete.
Instead, you simply have to purchase a package which consists of several items for a chance to procure the new Luminous Brilliance Monarch Image.
If you purchase the Solar and Lunar Package, you will receive the Solar and Lunar Monarch Image Chest. You can open this chest to acquire either the Luminous Brilliance Monarch Image or the Moonlight Seer Monarch Image.

How to purchase the Solar and Lunar Package
In order to get the Luminous Brilliance, you have to purchase the Solar and Lunar Package. This package can be found on the Valuable Event page, which is located on the bottom left corner of the Evony menu.
Keep in mind that you may have to scroll through the different tabs until you find the Solar and Lunar Package menu. This package costs approximately $116.75 and to purchase it, you have to select the “Buy” option.
You then have to follow the given instructions to complete the payment. When you have purchased the package, you will receive the items instantly.
How to activate your Luminous Brilliance
As previously mentioned, you have a chance to either get the Luminous Brilliance or the Moonlight Seer Monarch Image. To activate these Monarch Images, you have to open your Monarch menu and select the “Detail” tab.
At the top of this menu, you will find a green icon and if you click on it, you have to select the “Change Image” option.
You will then be able to select either the Luminous Brilliance or the Moonlight Seer Monarch image, depending on which image you received. Players can change their Monarch Image at any time for free.
Duplicate Luminous Brilliance
According to the Solar and Lunar Monarch Image Chest description, if you have obtained both Luminous Brilliance and Moonlight Seer, you can use it to fight other Evony players, or use it to get other rare items.
This means that you need to purchase the Solar and Lunar Package more than once to acquire the other Monarch Image, or a duplicate of the Monarch Image that you already received.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to acquire the Luminous Brilliance Monarch Image, which means that players are forced to purchase the Solar and Lunar Package if they are interested in procuring the Luminous Brilliance.
