What happens when a General is captured in Evony?
There is a possibility that one of your Generals will be captured during a battle. If a General has been captured, you can pay their ransom. Only when you have paid the ransom will the General return to your keep.
Bear in mind that the other player has the choice of keeping your General as a prisoner, or they could kill them. You will not be able to revive a General by paying a ransom.
Best assistant Generals
As the name implies, assistant Generals in Evony can be assigned to a main General to assist them in an activity.
You have to create the perfect assistant General and main General combination. Therefore, you cannot just assign any assistant General to a main General.
