Menshikov is an Epic General in Evony: The King’s Return and he is best suited for the position of Subordinate City Mayor or Keep Officer
You can assume the role of a lord or lady in this exciting video game, Evony: The King’s Return.
It is your responsibility to build an empire from the ground up by constructing buildings, recruiting Generals, completing quests and destroying enemies. One of the Generals that you can acquire is Menshikov.
Evony: Menshikov
There are numerous Generals that you can collect in Evony, each of which serves a specific role in your gameplay. One of these Generals is Menshikov, who is a Russian statesman and a highly-appreciated associate and friend of Tsar Peter the Great.
Similarly to other Generals, Menshikov has numerous specialities, which are listed below:

| Pacify ( Applied to Subordinate City Mayor) | Increases both Gold Production Speed and Construction Speed in a Subordinate City by 36 percent. |
| Sage (Applied to Keep Officer) | Construction Speed has increased by 10 percent. |
| Siege of Petersburg(Applied to Keep Officer) | Increases Construction Speed by 20 percent. |
Menshikov’s special skill, Greedy Marshal, is always active and requires no development. This skill increases the construction speed in the city by 20 percent when Menshikov is the Keep Officer.
Menshikov’s Statistics
Menshikov’s statistics can influence your gameplay substantially. The following table lists his statistics:

Every time Menshikov reaches a new level, his statistics will increase. The quantity by which the statistics increase is equal to the growth rate. However you can increase the growth rate by enhancing and cultivating Menshikov.
How to acquire Menshikov
Menshikov is best suited for the positions of Subordinate City Mayor or Keep Officer, though you have to add him to your arsenal to benefit from his specialties.
You can procure Menshikov by opening your Tavern, where he is listed under the “Russia” tab.
Menshikov costs approximately 42 000 000 gold, but he is not always available to purchase. Therefore, it is advisable that you check which Generals are available for recruitment regularly, to stay up to date.
Alternatively, you can procure Menshikov by purchasing premium packages. Keep in mind that these packages can only be purchased with real money.
Menshikov build
Since Evony‘s Menshikov is a pure Duty General, there is no need to add skill books or equipment. This is because skill books and equipment will not impact Menshikov when he is on duty.
Instead, you can focus on cultivating General Menshikov to increase his duty rank.
