One of the Generals you can acquire in Evony is Sulla and he considered one of the best Archer Camp Officers
Evony: The King’s Return is an adventurous video game that invites players to build their own empires from the ground up.
As the lord or lady of a keep, you have to harvest resources, train troops, vanquish monsters and explore the world map for relics.
Sulla
To help you with these tasks, you can recruit a variety of Generals which specialize in specific activities. One of these Generals is Sulla, who was a Roman general and statesman. He held the office of consul and revived the dictatorship.
Sulla is considered one of the best Archer Camp Officers in Evony due to his amazing statistics and abilities. When you first acquire Sulla, you will find that his base statistics are relatively low.
However, as you increase his level, his statistics will also improve. The amount by which his statistics increase by is the growth rate.
Sulla’s base statistics as well as his growth rate are outlined below:

In addition to increasing Sulla’s level, you can also enhance him and cultivate him to increase his statistics. Cultivation is the process of spending gold and gems to increase his statistics by an additional 500 points.
Enhancement, on the other hand, is the process of increasing Sulla’s Star Level. This requires gold and medals.
Sulla’s Star Level can be increased up to a maximum of 5 stars, but keep in mind that Sulla has to be a certain level to increase his star level.
Sulla’s abilities

Star Level
Every time you increase Sulla’s star level through the Enhancement process, you will unlock a buff. The table below lists the effects that you will unlock at every star level:

| 3 | As the Archer Camp Officer, Sulla will increase in-city troops HP by 25% and ranged troop training capacity is increased by 30% |
| 4 | When he is the Archer Camp Officer, in-city troops defense and HP are each increased by 25%. |
| 5 | If Sulla is the Archer Camp Officer, Ranged Troop Attack is increased by 10% and defense and HP are increased by 20%. |
How to acquire Sulla
In the Tavern you can view all the General’s portraits that you can collect. A portrait lists all the details about the General, including his or her skills, statistics and lore.
If you select Sulla’s portrait in the tavern, you will notice that he is temporarily unavailable in the Tavern. However, you may be able to acquire him by participating in specific events.
At the time of writing, none of the events will reward players with Sulla’s Fragments, but we recommend that you check the Event Center regularly to see when an event will become active which allows you to collect Sulla.
How to apply Sulla to the Archer Camp
Although Sulla can be used for a variety of activities in Evony, we recommend that you only use him as the Archer Camp Officer.
To assign him to your Archer Camp, you have to build the Archer Camp first, and you need to be a certain level to construct the building.
Once you have built your Archer Camp, you have to increase its level with upgrades. You will only unlock the ability to appoint Sulla as the Archer Camp Officer once your Archer Camp reaches level 21.
If your building is at level 21, you can select the building and click on the “Duty” tab to assign Sulla to the building.
Once he is assigned as the Archer Camp Officer, you can activate his abilities and receive valuable buffs and benefits.
