You can earn Cold Blooded Orbs in MSF by completing the new S.W.O.R.D Satellite activity and by progressing in a web milestone
Marvel Strike Force (MSF) can now enjoy the Breakdown event which invites players to complete unique objectives to unlock a new crucial character, Black Knight.
This event is only active for 7 days and to progress in it, you have to earn event Orb Fragments. The event contains Milestones, which require that you collect 160 000 points.
Players can earn points by procuring Cold Blooded Orb Fragments. There are only 2 ways to obtain these Cold Blooded Orbs, namely S.W.O.R.D Satellite and through the Web Milestone.
However, a special 1-day Blitz will also reward you with Orb Fragments for every Blitz battle that you win. When you have accumulated enough Cold Blooded Orbs, you will earn points, which will complete milestones.
Reaching a milestone will reward players abundantly, including:
- Carnage Symbiote Vials
- Tulip Bouquet
- 40 Black Knight Character Shards
- 15 Red Goblin Character Shards
- T2 Level-1 Ions
- T2 Level Ions
- T2 Level-5 Ions
- L4 Training Materials
- Bio GT18 mini-uniques
- Superior and Augmented Bio Gear
However, you can also receive bonus rewards, such as 30 Black Knight Character Shards, Elite 6 Credits, Training Materials, Diamond Orbs and mini-uniques, among other items.
S.W.O.R.D Satellite
Players can earn Cold Blooded Orbs by progressing in the new S.W.O.R.D Satellite activity, which was designed to replace the Tower.
Similarly to the tower, this activity consists of various floors that you have to complete to earn rewards.
Even though this activity is only active for 10 days, it consists of 40 floors, which means that you have enough time to complete all the floors. On every floor there are unique enemies, and every 5th floor requires that you defeat a boss.
Jam Sandwich Web Milestone
Players can also acquire the Cold Blooded Orbs from the Jam Sandwich Web Milestone, which began on Monday, 26 February 2024.
It is a repeating Milestone that will have a total of 7 runs, and the only way to earn points for the milestone is by spending Incursion Campaign Energy.
You can procure the following by progressing in the milestone:
- 1000 Cold Blooded Orb Fragments
- 3000 Red Letter Day Milestone Points
- 2000 Carnage Symbiote Vials
- 150 000 Gold
- 35 Silver Promotion Credits
- 300 Elite 5 Credits
- 100 Elite 4 Credits
Black Knight
If you enjoy this limited-time event, you can acquire the Black Knight, who has brought the legendary Ebony Blade to bear against opponents that attack him or his allies.
He is part of the Out of Time team, which also comprises Starbrand, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Captain America (WWII) and Captain Carter.
We recommend that players obtain these characters as soon as possible, as you will need the entire Out of Time team to progress in MSF.
