Scopely regularly releases promo codes STFC players can redeem to earn valuable rewards, but keep in mind that the codes expire.
As you progress in Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) you will obtain a variety of items, each of which has a specific objective in the game.
The game’s developer, Scopely, regularly releases promotion codes that players can redeem to obtain valuable items.
It is worth noting that Scopely can be quite discreet about their promo codes as they generally only release them on STFC’s official social media pages.
It can therefore be said that if you do not follow STFC on any social media platforms, you will miss out on promo codes and rich rewards.
Commanders should remember that the promo codes usually have an expiration date.
This means that the promo codes are only active for a certain period of time and if you attempt to redeem the code once it’s expired, it will not work, and you will not receive any items.
We therefore recommend that players redeem a promo code as soon as possible to avoid missing out on free items. Keep in mind that some codes have specific requirements that must be met before you can redeem them.
Most of the promo codes require that players are at a specific level to redeem the code. Allegedly, this requirement is to prevent players from getting the rewards too early on in the game.
May 2024 Promo Codes
Several players believe that Scopely releases promo codes on a monthly basis. The following table lists the May 2024 promo codes that you can redeem:

Eviscerator
On Monday, 6 May 2024, Scopely added the Gorn Eviscerator to STFC. This vessel can be used to fight the Gorn, however, only players level 40 and higher can construct it.
This ship’s Hunt the Hunter ability provides overwhelming isolytic damage far in excess of what is available anywhere else, but only against the Gorn.
Its second active ability, Rigorous Extraction, amplifies the amount of Apex Isomatter you obtain when you vanquish a Gorn Hunter with the ship. You can exchange the Apex Isomatter in the new Refinery for a variety of materials.
To celebrate the arrival of the new vessel, players level 10 and higher can use the promo code, Eviscerator, to gain 24 000 Event Store currency.
Keep in mind, however, that this code can only be used 30 minutes after the vessel’s event resets. The code will not work prior to this time.
How to redeem a promo code
Once you have found a promo code, you have to open the official STFC website and log into your Scopely account. If you do not have a Scopely account, you can create one by opening the game and clicking on your Commander Profile.
When you have logged into your Scopely account on STFC’s website, click on the “Redeem” tab to open a new menu. Commanders have to type the promo code in the input field and click on the yellow “Redeem” button.
If everything is successful, a notification will appear on the screen that indicates which rewards you have received.
The last thing you have to do to collect the rewards is to launch the game and wait for the download to complete to claim the rewards.
Ineligible to claim a code
Several Commanders have revealed on the official STFC Discord channel that after they redeemed a code, they got a notification stating that they are not eligible to receive the rewards.
According to Scopely, this may indicate that you were not targeted to receive the promo code. However, players may also receive the notification if the code has not gone live yet, or if the code has expired.
There are some codes that are targeted at new players and if you are a mid-game player, you will not be able to claim it.
However, you do not have to be concerned as Scopely will release a variety of new codes that you will be able to redeem to earn rewards.
