Isaac Brock is the perfect Main City Defense General as he provides troops with various buffs, however, he can only be obtained with real money.
In Evony: The King’s Return, Monarchs have to expand their General collection to fight enemies, conquer powerful monsters and harvest resources from the world map.
One of the Generals that you can acquire is Isaac Brock, who is a British General that commanded all forces in Northern Canada.
To obtain Isaac, Monarchs must participate in the Historic General Summoning event, which will conclude on Monday, 16 April 2024.
Before the event concludes, you have to use Epic Historic General (Glory) to summon an Epic Historic General.
While the event is active, the chance that you will summon 4 Generals is increased. This means that if you select Isaac, the chances that you will summon him are increased by 600%.
If you do not summon Isaac after 5 summons, you are guaranteed to summon him with your 6th summon.
Players have to use Epic Historic General (Glory) to perform a summon and unfortunately, this resource can only be procured with real money. Players have to purchase the Maple Syrup Festival package for approximately $5.64.
That being said, every time you purchase the package, you will increase its tier, which essentially increases the value of the items that you will receive. You have to purchase the Tier 5 event package to obtain Epic Historic General (Glory).
Unfortunately, Isaac is unavailable in the Tavern, which means that the only way to acquire him is with real money.

Isaac Brock’s statistics
Once you have Isaac, you can cultivate and enhance him to increase his statistics. Cultivation requires gold and gems, however, it increases each statistic by an additional 500 points.
Enhancing, on the other hand, requires gold and medals, however, Isaac has to be at a specific level before you can increase his star level.
Every time you increase his statistics, the amount by which they increase is a unique growth rate. Isaac’s base statistics as well as his growth rate are:

Isaac’s abilities
Similar to other Generals in Evony, Isaac has several abilities that you can use to progress in the game. His abilities are:

Isaac’s Fortification abilities are only active when he is applied to the Main City Defense General position. Monarchs can therefore use Isaac as their Main City Defender, however, his other abilities activate on the battlefield.
Isaac’s main skill
All Generals in Evony have a main skill that is unique to them. Isaac’s main skill, Siege of Detroit, increases in-city ground troops and mounted troops attack, as well as their Health Points, by 30%.
Moreover, it increases in-city ground troops’ attack and defense by 20% when he is the Main City Defense General.
If you increase his star level, you will unlock additional effects for his main skill. At 3-stars, in-city ranged troop and siege machine defense as well as their health points will be increased by 15%.
However, if you increase his star-level to 5, the in-city ground troop attack will be increased by 40%, and their defenses and health points will be increased by 20%.
To benefit from these effects, we recommend that you assign Isaac as your Main City Defense General.
