PSO2 NGS: Growthment

You can exchange the new item, Growthment, for the PSO2: NGS’s new 9-star weapon series, Verschmelz and the new 8-star armor series, Octo.

Gamers can join the Artificial Relict to Keep Species (ARKS) organization in this adventurous video game, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis (PSO2: NGS).

Sega, the game’s developer, regularly updates the game to ensure that players have the most seamless gaming experience. A recent update revealed that players can now acquire a new item, Growthment.

PSO2 NGS: Growthment

Sega recently released the August 2023 Update Info for PSO2: NGS, which revealed that players can now procure the new item, Growthment.

In order to procure this item, you have to complete a new standing quest, Leciel Exploration. This standing quest is for groups of up to 8 players and it takes place on a floating island.

If you progress through this activity, you could possibly obtain the Growthment item. After acquiring the item, you can go to any main city and interact with the Exchange Item NPC.

At the bottom of the list, you will find a new tab; “Growthment Exchange.” There are many items that you can exchange the Growthment item for.

Players can use their Growthment to acquire Arms Refiner II, Octo Armor as well as the new 9-star weapon series, Verschmelz.

To obtain the Arms Refiner II, you need approximately 25 Growthment, while the Verschmelz weapon series and Octo Armor require 50 Growthment.

Leciel Exploration

YouTuber, CriticasterQ, explained that this standing quest is, in a sense, an instant dungeon that changes daily.

For this quest, you have to complete different sectors to benefit from a variety of buffs, but keep in mind that every section has a unique challenge to face. Players should note that they only have 6 minutes to complete this activity.

When the timer depletes, you have to slay a final boss, who features different modifiers every time you face him. There are specific requirements that you have to meet to participate in this activity.

Octo Armor

As previously explained, players can exchange 50 Growthment for the new 8-star armor series, Octo. However, if you are interested in the Octo Armor with Fixa Guard Level 1, you need to get 300 Growthment.

There is also a chance that PSO2: NGS players could obtain this armor set by completing the Leciel Exploration quest.

However, if you decide to exchange your Growthment for the armor, you should remember that you can only acquire 6 pieces within a week.

Verschmelz weapon series

The new weapon series, Verschmelz, is a rare drop from the Halpha Environmental Testing Zone Survey, but it can be procured from the Growthment Exchange Shop. The weapon’s potential is as follows:
